Application:

- We can accept only one application per address, even if it's for other family members. Any multiple entries will be disqualified.

- Upon receiving payment from the winner, we will notify the rest of the entrants. If the winner does not comply with the stated instructions, we will repeat the raffle and a new winner will be selected.

Payment for winner:

- CASETiFY will require pre-payment from the winner at the end of the raffle. We cannot issue refunds or cancel the order after you win. We only accept credit cards or Paypal. We will announce payment details to the winner, and if you cannot confirm payment within the designated timeframe, you will be disqualified.

- Additional charges/tax (if applicable) for customs clearance will need to be fulfilled by the recipient; it’s not covered in the order payments that are already made.

Canceling:

- We only accept cancellations within the entry period (up to June 29). If you win, we will not grant cancellations or refunds.

Shipment:

- Artwork ships as soon as payment goes through.

- We cannot change the delivery address after application. The artwork will go to the winner's submitted address after confirming payment. Upon winning, we'll send an email to the winner after we've shipped the piece.

- If the product comes back to us for any reason, you will be disqualified and we will charge you shipping and handling while refunding cost of art. You will be responsible for shipping costs based on your country.

Shipping fee is below.

- Hong Kong: $200USD, other countries $400USD.

- If you would like to pick up the art at our store in Hong Kong, please let us know upon winning.

Other rules

- Artwork is not for resale purposes. We will not take any responsibility for disqualification for infringing upon this rule.
