- CASETiFY is the sole sponsor and administrator of this Krabby Patty Heaven Contest. All prizes and decisions will be provided and executed by CASETiFY.

- During the waitlist period for the SpongeBob x CASETiFY collection, entrants will have the chance to enter their guess for the contest. This will automatically subscribe the entrant to the collection waitlist and the Krabby Patty Heaven contest once entered. Waitlist period for the SpongeBob x CASETiFY collection shall commence February 16th 12am PST and will close on February 21st 12am PST.

- All entrants must be the age of majority in their respective country. Entrants who do not meet the age of majority must seek parental permission and consent to enter. Proof of age and parental consent may be requested upon the winner's announcement.

- All entries must fall within the waitlist period time frame and cannot be cancelled.

- Three lucky entrants, with the correct guess of number of Krabby Patties in the visual, will be randomly selected to win a bundle set from the SpongeBob x CASETiFY collection including:

- One (1) Krusty Krab Pizza Phone Case,

- One (1) Patrick Pickle Paradise Ice Cream Phone Case, and

- One (1) Sandy Smooth Seanut Butter case, in entrants preferred size.

- Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of closure of the waitlist period with a redeeming voucher code.

- The SpongeBob x CASETiFY collection phone cases are provided “as is” and cannot be returned and is non-refundable.

- The SpongeBob x CASETiFY collection phone case is non-transferable and not for resale

- In case of any dispute, CASETiFY’s decision is final.
