- CASETiFY is the sole sponsor and administrator of this Basquiat x CASETiFY - Art Gallery Selection Contest. Artestar and the Estate of Jean-Michel Basquiat are not sponsors, co-sponsors, or administrators of this sweepstakes. All prizes and decisions will be provided and executed by CASETiFY.

- During the waitlist period for the Basquiat x CASETiFY collection, entrants will have the chance to select their favourite choice of artwork. This will automatically subscribe the entrant to the collection waitlist and the Art Gallery Selection contest once entered. Waitlist period for the Basquiat x CASETiFY collection shall commence 6 May 2022 1am PST and will close on 16 May 2022 9pm PST.

- All entrants must be the age of majority in their respective country. Entrants who do not meet the age of majority must seek parental permission and consent to enter. Proof of age and parental consent may be requested upon the winner's announcement.

- All entries must fall within the waitlist period time frame and cannot be cancelled.

- Three lucky entrants will be randomly selected to win a phone case of choice from the Basquiat x CASETiFY collection.

- Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of closure of the waitlist period.

- The Basquiat x CASETiFY collection phone case is provided “as is” and cannot be returned and is non-refundable.

- The Basquiat x CASETiFY collection phone case is non-transferable and not for resale.

- In case of any dispute, CASETiFY’s decision is final.
