How do I dispose of my old phone case?
We recommend you to drop off your old phone case at any of our retail stores HERE.
Do you only accept CASETiFY phone cases for recycling? What about other brands?
We accept all phone cases! Follow the same process to drop off an old case from any brand, and you'll get 15% off your next CASETiFY purchase.
Do you also accept other tech accessories for recycling?
For now, we only accept phone cases and AirPods cases for recycling and disposal. Just bring them to us and we'll recycle and upcycle them into new cases!
Which recycling organization do you work with?
In Hong Kong, we recycle through E-Tech Management. Through the recycling experts, we can collect and recycle almost any form of waste — and with your help, we could divert millions of pounds of waste from landfills.
Which regions qualify for RECASETiFY?
For now, we only offer RECASETiFY in the U.S. ,Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, China, Taiwan and Thailand. We're planning to add more regions to our program soon, so stay tuned for updates!
What will CASETiFY do with my old phone case?
As we receive old cases, we sort them into three categories — recyclable, compostable, and non-recyclable. Then we ship the cases to E-Tech Management to recover the materials that make up each individual case. With its closed-loop system, E-Tech Management can reproduce materials and turn them into new products. For materials that cannot be recycled, we will make sure they are properly disposed as well.
How many accessories can I send back for recycling?
Drop off as many phone cases and AirPods cases as you'd like, and we'll take care of the rest!
Can you tell me what materials my case is made of, so I can recycle it myself?
Since CASETiFY is known for a wide range of custom accessories, our cases also feature a long list of various materials. Our most popular style, the Impact Case, is made from TPU. To make sure your case gets properly recycled or disposed of, and we'll handle it from there!
