CASETiFY is the sole sponsor and administrator of this MARVEL | CASETiFY - Ready to power up? Campaign. MARVEL Studios and The Walt Disney Company are not sponsors, co-sponsors, or administrators of this sweepstakes. All prizes and decisions will be provided and executed by CASETiFY.
During the waitlist period for the MARVEL | CASETiFY, entrants must join the waitlist on www.casetify.com. In addition, entrants must also:
i. Follow @casetify_colab on Instagram
ii. "Like" the MARVEL | CASETiFY post that will go live on 8 Feb 2024 at 12AM PT.
iii. Leave a comment answering the question "Tag your friend to power up their life!".
Waitlist period for the MARVEL | CASETiFY collection shall commence 8 Feb 2024 12AM PT and will close on 14 Feb 2023 12AM PT.
All entrants must be the age of majority in their respective country. Entrants who do not meet the age of majority must seek parental permission and consent to enter. Proof of age and parental consent may be requested upon the winner's announcement.
All entries must fall within the waitlist period time frame and cannot be cancelled.
Two lucky entrants who have abided by all campaign rules will be randomly selected to win one (1) gift set consisting of one (1) Collectible Earbuds Case and one (1) phone case of choice from the MARVEL | CASETiFY collection.
Winners will be notified via IG Inbox within 7 days of closure of the waitlist period.
The MARVEL | CASETiFY Iron Man collection Earbuds Case and phone case is provided “as is” and cannot be returned and is non-refundable.
The MARVEL | CASETiFY Iron Man Collectible Earbuds Case and phone case is non-transferable and not for resale.
Disney and Marvel employees (i.e., Disney Consumer Products, Inc. and its parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies and it and their officers, directors, employees and agents) are excluded from winning prizes.
In case of any dispute, CASETiFY’s decision is final.
