- CASETiFY is the sole sponsor and administrator of this Space Jam: A New Legacy Character Draft Contest. All prizes and decisions will be provided and executed by CASETiFY.

- During the waitlist period for the Space Jam: A New Legacy x CASETiFY collection, entrants will have the chance to select their choice of character. This will automatically subscribe the entrant to the collection waitlist and the character draft contest once entered. Waitlist period for the Space Jam: A New Legacy x CASETiFY collection shall commence 18 August 2021 1am PST and will close on 29 August 2021 8pm PST.

- All entrants must be the age of majority in their respective country. Entrants who do not meet the age of majority must seek parental permission and consent to enter. Proof of age and parental consent may be requested upon the winner's announcement.

- All entries must fall within the waitlist period time frame and cannot be cancelled.

- Three lucky entrants will be randomly selected to win two (2) free units of the Space Jam leather basketball case, in entrants preferred size.

- Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of closure of the waitlist period with a redeeming voucher code.

- The Space Jam leather basketball case is provided “as is” and cannot be returned and is non-refundable.

- The Space Jam leather basketball case is non-transferable and not for resale
