Terms and Conditions:
1. This lucky draw promotion (“Lucky Draw”) is organized by Casetagram Limited (“Organizer”).
2. The promotion period is from 16 January 2025 16:00:00 to 22 January 2025 23:59:59 HKT/SGT (“Promotion Period”). The Lucky Draw will be publicized in CASETiFY eDM, social media and press release, as well as OATSIDE eDM and social media.
3. The Lucky Draw is applicable to any person who fulfilled all the following requirements during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Person”):
i. purchased any CASETiFY x OATSIDE product for SGD100 or above in one single order;
ii. purchase must be made either via CASETiFY’s official website or its retail stores;
iii. purchase must be made in the territory of Singapore.
iv. is a member of the CASETiFY Club Program.
4. Eligible Person can earn one Lucky Draw entry for each eligible order in accordance with clause 3.
5. Eligible Person will be automatically enrolled in the Lucky Draw with the respective number of Lucky Draw entry/entries. No further registration is required.
6. Eligible Person stands a chance to win one free case (24 x 200ml) of OATSIDE Chocolate Malt Oat Milk. Each Eligible Person can only win the Lucky Draw prize once.
7. One winner will be randomly drawn each day during the Promotion Period, with a total of seven winners drawn for the whole promotion.
8. The list of winners will be announced in both CASETiFY and OATSIDE IG Story on 27 January 2025. The Organizer will notify each winner separately by text messages (e.g, whatsapp, SMS or other social messaging apps) and email. Winner must provide the delivery details to the Organizer within one week (i.e. by 3 February 2025), otherwise the winner will be deemed to have waived the right to win the prize. Delivery is restricted to addresses within Singapore.
9. The prize will be delivered to the winner’s designated address during 3 – 7 February 2025.
10. The prize cannot be transferred, resold and exchanged for cash, other products or offers.
11. The Organizer is not the supplier or manufacturer of the prizes of this Lucky Draw. Prizes are provided as-is. The Organizer makes no warranties, representations or guarantees, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, as to the merchantability of the prize or its fitness for a particular purpose. Any complaints about the prize should be directed to the supplier or manufacturer of the relevant prize. The Organizer will not be liable for any direct or indirect injury, loss and/or consequences that the winner may suffer from the use of the prize or its related services.
12. The personal data we collected from you will be solely used for the purpose of conducting the Lucky Draw, unless you have given us your consent to use it for future marketing purpose. In the event you win the prize, the delivery details you provided will be shared with OATSIDE for prize fulfillment.
13. You shall be responsible for the correctness of your personal information including but not limited to the postal addresses, email addresses and whatsapp numbers registered with or communicated to the Organizer. The Organizer in any event shall not be responsible for any failure of the participants and/or the winner to receive notifications of any kind and/or the prize(s) from Organizer due to any reasons, including but not limited to electronic-transmission errors.
14. Any person who participates in this Lucky Draw will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any person from participation or winning the prize in case of any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
15. In case of disputes, the Organizer’s decision shall be final and binding.
